Technically that would be Buy to Play like Guild Wars 2. Either way this puts the game on my radar to try at some point if I can get the game in a good sale.

good game was doing well was just not keeping the players on the server i think buy to play is a better for some games then going F2P like lotr or starwars when they try and mixed them both.

I'm still new to multiboxing (started up when SWTOR went free-to-play). I ignored this game completely but now I'm intrigued. Upon initial investigation it looks likes it may not be as easy to dive into it with ISBoxer as SWTOR was. Now I need to find out what the max party size is, does auto-follow and assist work, and how many clients I can run (I can run 4 SWTOR clients comfortably in low res mode). Any links to videos or other tutorials of people multi-boxing this game?

Lax has a guide on the IS Boxer site, which was a thread here too, on how to set up assist for any game... even one where there is no assist feature within the game.

The make it, or break it, is going to be a reliable /follow command.
Things like Click to Move + Interact With Target, make Warcraft incredibly boxing friendly.

But free to play games are intriguing...

I am still trying to get the hang of combat in the single-player game. I cannot quite put my finger on it, but there is something inherently different about combat in TSW vs SWTOR and it is very aggravating. I am currently playing an assault rifle build, and need to try out a melee build before I can make a judgement as to whether or not I want to shell out more cash for slave accounts.

Combat almost seems twitch-based, but maybe I just haven't figured out a way to effectively use mouse-look while in combat (that line-of-sight thing will kill you).

Anyone playing this game? Just picked up a copy and wondered how people are going with boxing it?

I may fire it up again this evening after updating the client.

I found the following link that list and describes the macros/scripts available and yes there is a /follow.

On curse there are a bunch of mods, not sure what is useful for MB yet but there is a click heal addon and I believe come Action Bar mods.

If I get a chance to play after, what I assume is going to be a giant update I will post back.

Heh, I hate to hear that Candlebox. But hey, If nothing else <crosses fingers> I'm putting in a new Sat Dish on Friday, exede 25 gig, with Free over night bandwidth. I can grab it this weekend, and throw it on a few disks, if you can make it all the way from Chandler sometime next week. Depending of course, on how the files set up. If it's just one huge 15 gig .exe, then we may have problems splitting it.

I'll let ya know if the install happens or not, and we can go from there bro.

I created a cabal on the Arcadia server called Ghouls Gone Wild for anyone who wishes to join.

I have not been able to get /follow working when assigned as a text string but will keep plugging away at it.
Combat assist just seems to work when partied up which is nice.

Will report back when I have had more time to experiment.

Characters on Arcadia are Rhiggs and Spectru

I couldn't get it to run from a single directory so I had to copy it for the second instance.
The directory was ~37 GB uncompressed.

Wow, that's a bigen. Of course I remember Age of Conan being like that also.

Yeah, didn't have enough free space on my SSD where I have the original install, so I had to copy it to a slow ass drive ( SAD ).
Doesn't seem to bother it much.

Spectru is claws/assault rifle spec'd for DPS and healing
Rhiggs I created last night and is pistols spec'd DPS

It is working OK for now, just need to fix my rotations as they are not optimal at the moment.
There is no auto face when attacking ( that I have seen ) but it's not a big deal for me, just need to plan ahead a bit or adjust on the fly.

So far I am enjoying it and isn't the hassle I thought it was going to be.

Yeah let me know Stephen. I will make the drive out there. My ER has been getting slammed with this FLU outbreak, and I haven't done anything but sleep the last few days.
