New PC parts suggestions

Perhaps I haven't been keeping up enough with the times but I want a new rig for multiboxing as when I'm streaming I take a bit of an Fps hit and the quality isn't there.
So for the biggest bang for your bug I turn to my fellow boxers and see what you would suggest.
I am looking for the total build price to be under a grand.
I have a case and power supply which chops off a good $200 chunk.

trying to decide between an i5 3570 or the i7 3770. I'm not exactly sure the extra $100 justifies itself if you can just oc the i5. I do want this to last at least 3 years and stay high end which is what my current has done for me.

In general, I believe the i5s don't have hyperthreading.
And that the i7s do; hyperthreading is a big deal when you're boxing.
