Sunsong Ranch Phasing

I realized this area is phased, just like other areas, but many times if you have completed the same quests and are grouped, you can be in the same phase. So, I seem to have an issue that is super annoying and makes Sunsong Ranch very difficult and time consuming. When grouped with 5 toons, 2 of the 5 are "in" the same phase, but of course they cannot interact with the same items/mobs that spawn. I can see both of them and follow commands work, so movement is super easy with those two. The other 3 are in their own separate phase and I have to move them around separately in and out of the phase.

I leveled up 2 groups of 5 to 90 separeatly. The first 5 were casters and the next 5 was my tank and 4 DKs. The two that are in the same phase is the tank and 1 caster. Since the 1 caster leveled with the other 3 casters, then it should be in the same phase as the tank since it completed the same exact quests as the other 3 casters. So, any idea what is allowing these two to be in the same phase and not the other 3?

I have a team of 5 hunters and 2 are in the same phase but cannot interact, just as you describe. Its always the same two toons, never changes.

I leveled them all up together so I don't think its a quest related phase. I guess if we were to call Blizzard they would tell us to delete the cache/wtf folders, I might try that to see if it helps.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm using ISBoxer on one PC for all the clients, so using the same cache folder. I deleted the cache (but not the wtf since it contains all the client settings) and the issue was still there. There has to be something in the world that is triggering or allowing the two to be in the same phase.

I have the exact same issue, 2 of my five accounts can see each other but cannot interact.

Not sure what difference it makes, but the 2 toons can only see each other if they are in the same group. If not grouped they are correctly out of the same phase.

For me it does not matter if they are grouped or not.
