I've never played rift, but that actually looked pretty cool, I like the colossus and the dimensions part of it. Why blizzard hasn't done somethign like this yet I'm not sure. Have they not seen the popularity of minecraft and the tillers farm. People want their own little area to show off with...

Looking good. May have to reactive accounts and go mess around a bit. I didn't find end-game all that thrilling but leveling was fun.

The game was fine, I enjoyed it. But it just had a similar play style to WoW so didn't really see a reason to keep playing both games.

after playing gw2 and then coming back to rift to check it out the combat seems so slow its like attack wait attack wait attack wait. you could really see it in that mage combat footage he was just soooo slow.

TERA is still one of the most fun combat systems for me personally. WoW PvP now is not fun. Stunlocks were never fun, and being CCd is not fun. I don't care if it takes me a minute or few to kill a healer, I just want to be actually doing something for 90% of the time.

The odds of me actually being able to cast consecutive spells with all 4 characters is approaching 0 at a rapid rate.

Seriously considering cancelling all of my accounts and just having a mage as my main and resto druid as alt. If I didn't do shift work, this is exactly what I would do and would raid with the top guild on the server again as well.

MoP is a GREAT xpac, but it ruined the fun in PvP

The leveling in Storm Legion is much more fun than in vanilla Rift. Trion has made a big effort to make all quests group-friendly (multibox-friendly) and they are all epic story quests. There is a quest called "10 kill rats" quest, but you're in for a surprise. ;) All filler quests have been turned into "Carnege quests", which are auto-accepted and auto-completed - i.e. you can focus on the story.

I'm max-level but I'm still doing all the story quests, because they're so fun to do. :)
