Usually this worked just fine, i have a set keybind to ''interact with target'' in WoW and press the npc, klick the keybind and all of my slaves interacts and auto complete quest and pick up a new one.
This is how it usually go..

But for some reason today this have not been working at all for me, the slaves do not interact when i click the keybind in the mainwindow, i have to manually click every single window now for it to interact and complete quests.

Not sure if there is any addon that actually made the slaves able to interact the way they did before? Or is it some config in ISboxer that i touched by misstake?

Are you using the Jamba addon?

That's what is turning in your quest automatically and accepting new ones. Check your quest settings in Jamba and make sure they are set to auto turn in, accept new, master share etc.

Yes, but they all work as they should when i use them manually with the quest completition, reward pickup and accept.

The thing that does not work is pressing the interact with target in my masters window and have the slaves doing it aswell now. Earler this worked fine so it must be some configuration i've by misstake came to touch?

I have the same issue you have under certain circumstances. If the NPC I'm turning the quest into has multiple quest and I haven't completed them all, the NPC is also a merchant, innkeeper, etc and the most common reason in Cata and MoP zones is that the NPC's seem to "change" (for lack of a better term) after the master has turned in the quest and the slaves won't interact. Normally you'll see some type of dialogue from the NPC or they will be have moved on the masters screen but not the slaves.

To the best of my knowledge there isnt anyway to break that in ISBoxer so if it's only happening from time to time then more than likely it's something I described above. If it's happening all the time and you're in lower level areas then I'm not sure what the problem could be.

This is unfortunately the case indeed. :(

I am leveling my own guild in the undead starting area and yesterday it worked fine with interacting on all slaves from the masters window but now.. Now it does not work at all!
If only i could figure out what the hell i changed that made it go from 100% success to 0%

So when you say you're leveling your guild you're running a group through the starter area, deleting, making a new grp, rinse and repeat. So you've done these quest with a group and the auto complete, accept worked and now it's not?

If you're still on you're very first group then it could be the issue I described. Worgen starter area is very storyline based so I had issues with turn ins and accepting because of NPC phasing but if the same quest worked yesterday and doesn't today then you'll need the people in the forum that are much smarter than me to help you out....I'm stumped.

Yep, making 5 undeads, invite them to guild via macro and to party via macro, everything else went through jamba.
Got 3 000 000 experience each run so that equals 10 quests before i delete and restart.

This has been working fine past 3 days with no issue at all, and now the slave windows wont reply to the interact with target keybind any more, which makes it take significant more time since i have to either do every window manually, or use mouse broadcasting, and on some npcs that's really frustrating.

Hmm, seems it is ISboxer actually, deleted my team in it and recreated it, now it all works again.. :o Thank god though, this mouse broadcasting is killing me for quest completition and accept!

If you have this problem again, make sure that the 'click to move' box is ticked in you options, I have found that it can randomly untick itself occasionally.

If you're running a range team, there is currently a bug with IWT. Any class that does not have a range spec, (ie Mage, warlock, hunter) will only IWT until it is in range to attach the target ~20-30 yards. If you are trying to use it for looting, this bug does not apply. I had this problem and it was driving me nuts, though it is nice to not have my mages cluster on the unit they are attacking.
