IS causing FRAPS issues?

I recently switched from KC to IS to launch windows to utilize the video fx feature. I've noticed that FRAPS will eventually lose focus of a window and stop displaying FPS and will not record anything. I then have to close and reopen FRAPS to get it to work again. The problem is, as soon as I close FRAPS every WoW window crashes.

Anyone else having this issue?

Isboxer (or rather inner space) seems to have problems playing nice with other programs the try to do "graphics stuff" to wow, at least for me.
Mimble (has a wow graphics overlay), xsplit and fraps have all been crashing or making wow crash when boxing.

My XSplit broadcaster works fine with Wow and IS Boxer.
It has the option to record to the hard drive, as well as broadcast (or both).

I've never used Fraps/Mimble/etc, so cannot comment on those.

Appears to be ISBoxer. I switched to Keyclone to launch windows. FRAPS will still lose focus eventually, but I can safely close it and reopen without them shitting out.

Whelp that sucks, no more video fx.

*Since this is definitely an IS issue, I respectfully request a complete refund for my licenses + additional fees for the mental stress this has caused. I anxiously await a response from Lax regarding my request. Thanks.
