Macro or Script to RESET dungeon and Accepting the reset popup

Hi,
I am farming the circle of flame (the fiery cloth halo crown in BRD, and I have to reset dungeons. so it is quite quick. I need a macro to do the following:

Right click on toon protrait, select reset all dungeons/instance, and when the popup comes up, accept or click yes. I found some similar threads, but nothing that I can use. Apologies, I do not know how to paste links that is easy to click like many users here

Is this script/macro possible?

Here is the link to the WoW api (http://www.wowwiki.com/World_of_Warcraft_API). The reset dungeon should be in there. There are a lot of functions to search through but they are broken down by categories. I would help search a little bit but I am about to do a shift turn over. :)

Thanks Moosejaw! No more clicking toon portrait and those silly things, made a macro and then hotkeyed it. One press!
