So yesterday's BG daily was WSG. I don't especially love WSG, but I'm in honor-farm mode so I try to always grab the daily.

I get the quest and then take the team on in. It's us vs. an alliance pre-made, so I think "well, at least this will be over soon". I don't consider myself a huge asset in WSG unless my teammates are willing to work with me in a strategic fashion-- there's no way this was going to be pretty.

Turns out the BG leader (not me, in a rare moment) says, "Oh, a multiboxer, here let me put you guys in the same team. Why don't you wait in the wings mid-field and be prepared to use your shock factor on their flag runner as they get about halfway home, then we'll cap."

Well alrighty, sure thing.

So I loiter around the mid-field with my guys, and when both teams have opposing flags, I mount up and charge into their flag runner + pile of alliance. I pop my EM+NS+CL combo, followup with a shock, and return our flag... perfection. We cap, and even though my team gets wiped in the middle, I have accomplished my goal and rez to do it again. Next time, they are slightly prepared for me, but I am able to take down the entire flag escort and a hunter teammate pops their flag runner. Short story, it was a quick 3-0 victory for the team. I am elated that I both won a quick WSG and that I maybe found a strategy that I can help contribute with.

Back in town, I turn in the quest on my main and then swap screens to my alt and.... WTF WHY DOES THE QUEST GUY HAVE A BLUE EXCLAMATION POINT OVER HIS HEAD?!?!! Turns out I had only picked up the daily on my main and had forgotten to get it on the rest of the team. *smackhead*

Seven more attempts at WSG later... still no win. A lot of angry Horde players who assume I'm the reason that we're not winning, as well. Ended up giving up on the daily and just called it a night.

I know we've all done that, but man does it make you feel stupid!

I had the same problem recently, thankfully it was an irrelavent lvl 33 slaughter quest that I forgot to share with my lvl 38 boxes. But its defeinalty one of those "Oh god, did I really screw up and not get the quest all around?" moments :pinch: I didn't bother going and redoing it again, just moved on and hoped no one would ever know. Oops, guess admitting it kinda fubar'd that.

Ha ha ha!!! That sounds exactly like what would happen to me. Tough luck man.

But that's awesome you came across a pug that did not have stupid people in it. Amazing.

I think he means he felt stupid because he forgot to share the quest with his clones.
