Has anyone tried this years HH? I just did him.. hes easier than brewfest boss. Takes longer to kill him than it did last year, but simple fight..nice rings to get 8) Wish they would add a tank ring!

yup nice and easy epics for all, HH hits like 5yo and adds are bad joke... With bad gear its just too easy, long and boring tank&spank

Exactly.. i'm hoping luck is on my side and i can get the rings done fast. Also suck that it doesn't give Valor.. JPs are almost useless now. I have every BoA gear you can have ( not legs yet.. don't need JPs for them ) But the rings will be nice.

Yeah, I did him this morning, first solo on my tank and then on my team, took a while to down him but never really a worry on any character dying lol. Just SLOW!!!!!!!!

Phase 1: Pure tank and spank
Head pop off, kill head.

Phase 2: Tank and spank with conflag added. Nothing big, heal thru it.
head pop off, kill head.

Phase 3: Tank & spank with conflag and mini pumpkin (chain lightning will one shot them).

Profit.
Seems that only rings drop off the boss.

The helm/sword as far as i can tell only drops from the bag that you get for doing it first time.
Though I only got the sword on a shaman so far (DE'able able btw, rings are not however).

Same for me.. i got the str dps ring.. and the sword on my enchanter shamy.

Glad the mount drop rate is lower this year, way too many people received it last year. My favorite mount became so common I stopped using it.

That's the thing about rare mount drops. they cease to become cool once more and more people have em. I got one on a toon I hardly use last year, on an account I haven't used since shortly after i got the mount. Thanks to account wide mounts, I was able to transfer a different character (who got the mount on that battlenet account) to my current account and can finally enjoy it.

Hopefully I can get a tank leveled to 90 before hallows end is over, i only have my shammies at 90 so far. The queue will be forever...

yeah helm and sword are in game but those come from that loot filled pumpkin or what it was that you get once a day

Well that's not good IMO unless they are bind to account... be a waste if I got a plate helm and a sword on a shammy, but not on my pally tank...

That's exactly what happened to me, one shamy got a helm and one got a sword, atleast they're DE'able.

Now, went in, pew pew, the pumpkin spawned and had a hp of 1 million each. In no time, I was surrounded by pumpkins, hitting me hard. Is that what you guys experienced?

they hotfixed/buffed the pumpkins..I guess it was too easy lol.. yea.. i noticed that too.. i was like "WTF these pumpkins wont die!!!??" I had to heal a lot that last bit. So i guess burn hard when pumpkins come out and just do single target dps. Use defensive cooldowns.

Also, round robin thunderstorm helps.. i had to do that to save my tank a few times.. once there are a lot of those little bastards.. his health was hard to keep up.. so i would have to TS to get a greater heal off.

First phase just tank and spank, 2nd phase same but do a bit of healing. 3rd phase pop all cds, ascendance + ancestral's grace + lava beam = dead adds or just single target nuke and kill that 7mil hp quickly

I pop Army of the Dead on DK-tank for last phase along with Stampede and shammy pet... then pop heroism, ascendence etc... makes it way less stressful on heals.

Extremely long and boring fight though, not sure if I can be bothered grinding out the 8 rings lol. I suppose next year with all our new gear we will be pulling 150k dps and that 7 mil will go down in about 12 seconds so it won't be so bad.
