This is not a major problem, however the OCD in me is annoyed by this so I would like to fix this.
Upon launching my team the Keymap indicator shows as disabled (greyed out). If I click it the status message displays the keymaps disabled message. The next time I click it the status message reads keymaps enabled and the indicator shows the proper green (on) indicator. Not sure what I have done to jack this up, but somehow I managed to do just that. Any ideas what to look for here?

You can check Repeater Profiles, in the Toolkit.
And check/uncheck whether Key/Mouse repeat is enabled by default.
Sounds to me like you've got the starting image switched in the Click Bar configuration. The Key Map image is green by default.
It's possible you did this in attempt to change the default state of your Key Maps to being OFF, but that's only half of it. You can either finish the job by reversing the 2 Steps of "Activate Maps" (under the "Control" key map for WoW players, or "Always On" for non-WoW players) so that Step 1 turns it ON and Step 2 turns it OFF... or you can fix the Click Bar to show the green image by default for the Key Maps indicator.
So.. pick one of the following two solutions. I recommend the default, but it is your personal preference that matters here.
To set the image that shows up by default on the Click Bar:
1. In the top left pane under Click Bars, select the "Broadcasting" (or "Toggles", depending on whether you're playing WoW) Click Bar
2. In the bottom left pane, select "Buttons" to bring up the Buttons editor
3. In the bottom right pane, in the preview of the Click Bar, left click on the button you would like to edit (the Key Maps toggle, in this case, which has A,Z)
4. Now the "Image" option sounds like it is set to "key maps off". select "key maps on" instead, from the drop-down
5. Export to Inner Space
To switch the Steps of Activate Maps:
1. In the top left pane under Key Maps, select the "Control" (or "Always On", depending on whether you're playing WoW) Key Map
2. In the bottom left pane, under Mapped Keys, expand "Activate Maps" so that underneath it you see Steps, 1, 2
3. Right click on one of the two Steps and select either "Move Up" or "Move Down" (e.g. right click the '1' under Steps and select Move Down)
4. Export to Inner Space

Thank you gentlemen.
I am all set now. I did have the default state set to off.
Lax you never fail to provide support. Even to issues that I am sure are trivial for you. (Really makes me feel good about switching to ISBoxer)
