No mor rep grinding on alts?

We're working on a change for a future patch that will make it easier to gain reputation with a specific faction on every alt on your Battle.net account, after you reach a certain reputation with that faction on another character.

so its not saying that yet, butthat will be sweet if i do not have to grind rep on every alts to gear them up 8) If that is what they are doing. EVen if its buying BoA rep books 8)

I think its ridiculous, an overly complex solution to something simple. Seems like eventually their just going to allow some sort of shared rep, they should just do it that way and be done.

But if they make rep shared now, what will they do for the next expansion?

I wonder why they totally did away with an option to earn Rep in dungeons... whether it was BC style or the version created in Wotlk (Tabards). This way sounds like it would be faster then the dungeon oriented grind. And VP from dailies: that's an added bonus... and if one toon is capped in VP don't your alts get extra VP?

They commented that it was in effect 'double dipping' in that you got the rep for free. TBH, the rep/tokens grind is killing me. I spend way too much time on quests because it takes longer to box. On top of that, part of my team is xrealm, so they don't even get the same dailies.

BTW, I am not clear on what they will do for rep, but I did find last night that the valor buff only works on 1 character/account. You appear to get the buff on the first character that logs in.

Well, that's good to know since I tend to bring up entire teams even if I just want to replace one toon in my team.

I would have been happier had they just added a BOA tabard when you reach exalted. I don't mind rep grinding when you can do it through dungeons, it's the obnoxious quests that irritate me.

Last response to this i saw said they will not make a tabard. They want us to grind rep via quests only.
