Hello,
Multiboxing is very simmilar to botting and 3rd party programming so according to Anet’s policy it is strictly forbidden. Please, refrain from making use of this and report any player you see making use of this.
Since the question has been answered , this thread is closed.
Thanks
Now, granted this is just a forum mod who hopefully doesn't know what he's talking about.
It's also being discussed on Reddit at:

I have GW2 and wouldn't want to multbox that anyways.

Same, good game but not my bag of tea. I couldn't imagine boxing it.

Some people are boxing it, check out the GW2 subforum on IS Boxer's site.
No follow in the game; clearly it isn't a boxing friendly game...
Not saying it cannot be done, just that I wouldn't enjoy that environment.

Prepared seems to be moving from wow to GW2 (mainly to avoid the monthly payment fees...):]

err maybe not:
My original intent was to move from WoW to GW2 completely on August 25, 2012. My game play style is multiboxing as I've done it for quite a while.
While playing Guild Wars 2 I made it to level 25 on 12 accounts with 12 characters multiboxing. Without any form of an automatic follow system, the game isn't as fun to multibox as is other MMOs available. It appears that the reason there is no automatic follow system is because of the fear of bots being used in the game. Well, the game has bots standing around and documented without macros, follow system or addons so the lack of this feature has nothing to do with bots.
It appears I may be going back to World of Warcraft as it has a good /follow system in place. Addons really don't matter to me. But some form of /assist and /follow is a must for multiboxing. Guild Wars 2 has Call Target which is similar to /assist but no form of automatic follow.

I two box GW and simply double click my lead toons name within the party box to make the follower /follow.
The downfall is that once the follower has caught up they will quit following but that really isn't too much of a problem.
Sorta like driving a tuck with a trailer attached by chains lol.

Respect? Why bother? With him or anyone else with a troll self title like that and for a lack of a better phase "mass griefer" do you really take him seriously that he thinks that? (Side note he has always been very cool to me, I see no problem, carry on)
In the end he is flattening the town or whatever else he is doing, people are upset, they rage about him, they raid against him, they qq, its hilarious. Its a troll-gasm.
In the end there are plenty of camping jerks that do this same thing. They have no practical notice, nobody has a problem seeing Prepared and knowing they should stay away for a bit (or a few hours lolz). He just has a troll mechanic or gimmick, the more people hate him the stronger he is basically.
I just wish there was a decent way to "send guild skirmish challenge" with him, perhaps some sort of arranged WSG challenge and just fight the middle. Maybe with oqueue somehow, but that might be points collusion.

Wait, what? Double clicking the name in party list (upper left-hand corner of the screen) does nothing for me. What am I missing? Sounds like a great tip!

Prepared asked, via Ticket, if Multiboxing was allowed in GW2
I submitted a support ticket to find out if Multiboxing is really allowed. Here's what I asked:
Is Multiboxing allowed?
I tried to search the forums but couldn't find anything related to this.
First, let's understand what we're talking about so these terms are defined below.
1. Multiboxing is defined as playing several accounts at the same time by one player. The player is at the keyboard playing the game just like any other player except the player controls several characters on separate accounts. The multiboxer is the player controlling the characters by pressing keys and using the mouse.
2. Multiboxing software - This is defined as software that sends the players keystrokes and/or mouse to all Guild Wars 2 clients for separate accounts. The same key pressed goes to all of the clients at the same time. A mouse button pressed goes to all of the clients at the same time in the same location.
There is no automation. There is only keys and mouse commands being sent to all of the game clients at the same time by the player that pressed or pushed the mouse button. The player makes the decision about what key to press to activate which skill at the time decided by the player. If the player wants to have all characters dodge at the same time, the player presses the key to execute that action.
Because Guild Wars 2 does not have a follow command, the process of controlling the direction for the characters is difficult but not impossible.
So the question is, is this allowed or will there be a ban to any players playing multiple accounts at the same time? The Guild Wars 2 User Agreement appears to state that more than one account can be used. Section 4.a states: "The Game requires at least one Account from NCsoft. You acknowledge that it is Your responsibility to establish any Account needed for the Game and to comply with any NCsoft provisions for establishing and maintaining such Account(s)"
This is the response I received today:
Hello,
Thanks for contacting us! Owning and using more than one Guild Wars 2 account is not against the user agreement, as long as there is no automation. If you have any other questions or concerns about this or any other issues, please let us know.
Best Regards,
