I was wondering if anyone has tried this? I ran it on one toon last night and it was easy. I was wondering if it would also be that easy tri-boxing it. As long as you don't over pull, I don't think there's any real danger. Maybe just the siege boss would be tricky.
The real question is, is it the most efficient way to farm jp? I kinda want to buy all heirlooms of all variety now that jp is easy to come by.

I ran it several times before the servers went down. It's not even remotely difficult to tri-box, especially if you have a tanky/plate class to lead with.

Very easy to multibox with healer,tank & dps. Also did it with 3 dps... just gotta bring food/bandages for in between pulls. Not sure why it has the iLVL 353 requirement?

I really wish it didn't. I've got a bunch of toons that would love to be dragged through the scenario and farm up some sweet loot upgrades (which is probably why they have the requirement). But that brings up the next question - it's a week before MoP drops, who cares about that loot?

did it last night with my enh shaman. hes only ilvl 363, but had no issues despite me not playing him for over a month in any form. had an aff lock and a holy priest with me. seemed to me like the trinity should have no problems with boxing it, although tank and 2 dps (especially if they can heal between pulls) or healer and 2 dps won't have issues either. I can definitely see this as a great way for boxers to gear up, especially if the req iLvl at 90 is easy to get to.

Tri boxed it 5 times with 3x ele shams, I just use healing stream totem every 2 mins or so and I'm sweet. Got it down to about 11 mins.

No this is not the best way to get JP, you get 168 at the end with all guild bonuses, that's 2 bosses from a heroic. Might be quicker for some people I spose.

I'm doing it mainly for the 250g you get each time you do it as a guild group (up to 15 times)

I can also confirm pretty easy to tribox with all dps. Took balance druid, hunters and ele shaman through last night with no problems on any. Majority of toons are in 377 pvp gear with green weapons but got the 384 gun which was upgrade for that hunter toon.

EDIT: Not sure what I'm going to do with the other two members of each team. But will be a easier way to farm points than 5man dungeons as mixed class takes more planning/work than running 3 dps with same rotation. Anyone else come up with a plan for those that have 5 same class teams?

Rotate the other toons in as the first ones get whatever you want for them. That's my plan.

If your toons are A,B,C,D,E, you can run it 5 times like this: ABC, ABD, ABE, CDE, CDE. Then each toon would run exactly 3 times. If you want double that amount, run it 10 times, 15 times, etc, basically any multiples of 5.

For farming JP, I do think it's more efficient than LFD because:
1. You get 168x3 jp for 12 minutes of work and it gets pretty mindless after a while hopefully. Mindless = easy = can do it while watching TV
2. You're not inconveniencing anyone. I don't know, but I get nervous everytime I run LFD with other people not in the team, because while I'm sure I'm pulling my weight (dps or otherwise), other people may not be as open minded, and there's already a stigma against multi-boxers in general.

Now that Blizz has fixed it, it's possible to grab multiple packs and mow them down. Am using a pala tank + 2 ele shammies.
If this is how MoP is going to be it's going to be quite interesting.
Shame it's 3 and not 5 :(

Classess are very overpowered at 85 at level 90 there a pain to box some the 3 man dungons

Used 3 ele shamans, not very many cooldowns, super fast clear except when the demo bugs and you have to wait for it to spawn.

Hey mate, see the ramp at 0:41 in your video? After the first boat, cast water walking and ride over to that. Saves you having to clear all the packs along the docks. After you torch the 2nd boat, get off asap before a patrol arrives and down that ramp again. The 3rd boat has one too. Saves a min or two each run.

I had to manually kill it as it won't be killed by aoe, and sometimes I'm a little slow so it deals damage to my slaves. I think I have to come up with a macro that targets "Storm Totem" and attack it.

What are you running with? I completely ignore the totem and burn through the boss, sometimes I pop ascendance halfway through but 1 set of healing streams usually does the trick

Bear, moonkin, rogue. There's a super long story why it's this trio lol, I'm usually better about group synergy but I basically botched the profession assignment and that affects which trio is in the main guild versus self-guild, etc.

I will try to switch moonkin to resto to see if it helps, I'm hoping wildgrowth and effloresence spam can outheal the storm totem damage.

You get plenty of time before the totem goes off, just turn on nameplates and click it. It's very easy to see since the name plates for the mobs are up much higher.
