In the post regarding being banned (not for multi boxing apparantly) I stated some issues with the names on my accounts and that I would post the response from Blizzard so here it is:
"Our Terms of Use dictate that only this registered user and one minor child of the user may use an account. This registered user must be over the age of 18 or of the age of majority in the country in which they live. It also specifies that the name on the account should be the first and last name that appears on the user's identification. We will need to verify the identity of the registered user before granting the exception of an update to the account in question. Please provide the following information:
1) A legible photocopy of the identification of the current registered account user. Only a government issued photo ID will be accepted. (School IDs are *not* accepted.)
2) A copy of the TOU form (found here: http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21469 ('http://us.blizzard.com/support/article.xml?articleId=21469')) completed and signed, the proper contact information should be used.
3) A legible photocopy of the classic World of Warcraft Authentication Key that was used to create the account, as came with your copy of the game. There are no substitutes for this item.
Please fax these materials to our Billing and Account Services department at (949) 725-0701. Alternatively, you may mail these materials to our office at the following address:

**Please Note: This change will be made successfully upon proper verification of the above documentation; however, any subsequent disputes of ownership on the account in question that arise from the change may result in the change being reversed, and the account being temporarily disabled for security reasons.**"
Edit: Probably should retell my issue so that people don't think this will just work for anyone. I go by my middle name but have a tendancy to not always fill out forms the same way. For example, say my name is First Middle Last, in registering for my accounts, I have used the following combinations: F. Middle Last, Middle Last and First Last. I sent Blizz an email asking if this would be an issue and they sent me the above reply.
