New Here, Want to Dual Box, Don't know much

Hell, new here, Not sure what to say...


Thing is i have no idea what to do , how to do it, or what exactly to do, ( i'm very not smart when it comes to things like this until i learn it.
So lots of pictures and explaining would be Super helpful.
I did try to look for guides, but my eyes started to hurt from all the sifting. So forgive me if there was a super detailed guide out there on how to dual box.
