SOR a panda monk to 80 ?

I haven't seen this covered (seen the thread about raf level grants) - but I have some SoR reward left (instant 80) - can that apply to a Monk on release ? and to a Panda ?

No dice on monks, but non-monk Panadas can after they choose a faction {level 10ish}

Its either RaF or BtA gear to speed up leveling your monks.
