Hey Guys

Just purchased my second wow account and wanted to simply try running wow twice at the same time on my mac prior to delving into multiboxing programs etc. How do I run it twice? Do I need to copy wow and create a second wow program? Will each program save information to the correct folders?

thanks!
KK

You just have to run Launcher -> WoW, then again Launcher -> WoW and you'll have 2 WoW running at the same time. Both of them will write in the same directory so I guess the last you quit will erase changes made on the first one.

That works. Is there anything critical in my directory that would get overridden or is all the important info about my characters stored on the WOW servers?

thanks

Nope, they're nothing you need to care about. The only files that will be overridden will be the video/sound options. Addons files are bound to account so there won't be any conflict !
