Shaman in MoP

How is the shaman working out in MoP? I have a druid tank and 3 ele shaman and one healer shaman. I don't like what I have been reading in the patch notes so does anyone else have some insight?

Yes I'm worried my current macro will not work in MoP for my shaman. So basically I'm screwed until someone comes up with something better.
