I wanted to see if I could do a bear run with my comp of 1 blood dk and 4 ele shamans that I use for for all Cata heroics turns out it is quite easy.
THIS IS NOT A MULTIBOXING FIRST BUT THE VIDEO IS

So what is your dps like? On that last fight I completely ignore the adds and burn him. With only 3 ele shamans I have no trouble downing him with fire ele's and hero. Also would like to see your ele shaman dps macro.
Nice job!

I actually dont use any dps macros. The only real macro is my ele mastery burst macro. Other than that its just isboxer always trying to cast lava burst when I lightning bolt spam.
My dps can be anywhere from 10-25k on most boss fights due to the healing and avoiding mechanics.
The benefit is that I don't have a healer slot so I get an extra dps toon for bonus group dps.
Some fights where I don't have to heal that much and blow all cds it can be around 30-40k. Trash as you can see is just a big Chain Lightning Spam, the dps can be around 40-55k with 4-5 targets.

We used to do all-bear runs back in WotLK. Very, very fun and the AoE was hilarious. Not quite as good at survivability as the paladins were but the DPS was quite a bit higher. And being able to stealth past things that annoyed us was pure win.

With Twilight Heroics and easy-access raids, surely we've been out-gearing this instance for a while, to get a multiboxing first - does that mean everyone's getting lazy at pve :)

Nice work, Ive managed the bear run myself on a pali 3x ele 1x resto shamans, Ive still yet to be able to down the last boss in zul gurub though. Was hoping to have every heroic boxed before mop comes out but zul gurub is still on my list :( Hopefully heroics in mop will be nothing like these ones when they first came out and more like twilight heroics which were great to box.

What about flame shock? My macro is basically a fallthrough with Lightning Bolt spam, Earth Shock and Flame Shock (with Lavaburst being the fallthrough cast.) I imagine it is not as good as it could be, but I don't know how to improve it anymore.

I'm not sure how you guys did it. But I meant multiboxing first in the regards that I was the sole person in this 5 man meaning playing tank healer and dps. Its basically retard level to to "multibox" just dps as some multiboxers do and claim you "multiboxed" a bear run, you can be carried by a tank and a healer easily.
I searched for other people claiming to have done this and even in my guild I had one say that they did it before to which a few of us responded screenshots or it didn't happen. So far I've never saw another screenshot of this the same way. I would have thought people would have posted a screenshot or uploaded a video as I did after they did it, as I didn't find any one saying they did it till after I made this video.
I'm not saying I don't believe people, since I think I could have done this months ago, as some say they did it too.
TLDR: I want screenshots/proof that people multiboxed a bear run at level 85 and were 100% of the group. :)

Nice video! I have a question though, how do you have your healing set up?
For my healing setup I use VuhDo (the greatest healing add-on ever(sorry I don't use addons for my addons **cough** grid/healbot/clique) with Isboxers repeater regions, so I use mouse over healing. I also use various macros in wow to round robin certain spells as I heal. For instance I can round robin chain heal and dispel and basically be able to heal like 4 players without dealing with manually targeting and over healing with 4x chain heals on the same target. I can instead target different players and shoot out 4 chain heals in different locations of the raid without targeting delay since there is no delay since I'm doing this per game client basis with isboxer's repeater regions.
VuhDo also allows you to use vuhdo only key binds and macros when you mouse over a vuhdo frame. This means can cast lava burst as resto on demand without having them bound to a keybinding where they are stuck casting as the dk does its abiltiites or spam casting like when I'm elemental. So when I mouse over VuhDo I'm know going to heal so I have to watch out for some of the dks keybinds as they will trigger the shamans to start attacking instead of healing. If I don't need to heal I don't mouse over vuhdo and I have a small army of heal bots ready on the fly to dipel, use riptidex4, earth shield, sprit-link totem etc.
This is also useful for out of group healing right now I have a few key-bindings where if I mouse over one of my toons/raid members and use vuhdos frames I can cast a healing spell(or damage) on what ever that player is targeting even if its out of group once again the repeater regions+VuhDo remove the isboxers FTL/assist delay when targeting switching really fast.

I did it with 4 ele sham and 1 prot pally, all me. Ebony did it with 5 locks, all him
Edit: Here is a screenshot of me getting the achv on my 4 shams (my pally had earnt it prior), I included me logging onto my pally in the background to prove it's my pally, and I also included the properties window of the screenshot to prove it was created 21st march

1re·tard verb \ri-ˈtärd\
transitive verb
1 : to slow up especially by preventing or hindering advance or accomplishment
It was never my intent to piss anyone(Mods included :)) off but there's a big difficulty difference between playing 3-4 dps in a heroic with other people playing tank and/or healer for you is a lot easier than doing it by yourself especially during a timed event. Ive done the 3-4 dps too, in 5 man heroic and there was always someone to heal me or tank mobs for me and its undeniably easier to complete the dungeon AND generally much SLOWER to complete.
When I posted this I did some of digging (looking through armorys/forums and what not) and saw a few people from this forum who had the achievement on 3-4 toons on the same day but their other toons had it earlier or later. This could be a similar situation to my death knight, where I did the bear run with other players when I started to gear the dk up in preparation to add it to my quad shaman team for PvE/PvP.
When I posted this I said I was quite sure that I was the only one to do this. I suspected someone was going to post that they or someone they knew did it too and before me. I just wanted to see some screenshots and proof. Also can you blame me for the thread/video title, it draws in views and responses ;) Nothing like putting first on something to get to the bottom of it.
I just want a screenshot/video proof of a boxer doing it on their own and ill edit my title and video. But why didn't who ever did it first not make a video?
Maybe its not a multiboxing first but I didn't see any videos or discussion about previous bear runs so forgive me! :(
I can believe Valkyr when he said he did it with a similar comp to mine in similar gear we've both used a full LFR ilevel set. The 5 warlocks I think im going to need/want to see a screenshot of that as it would be awesome! (fellow part time warlock boxer here! :))
I've been clearing cata heroics since before LFR was implemented only in the last couple of months did I add my death knight to my existing 4 shaman.
I have done 4 box Zul'aman (with a LFD tank or a friend) since 12/02/2011 but only to get valor points which was usually just eagle and lynx and straight to the end. I just decided that night when dungeon finder gave it to me to see if I could actually do it and I recorded it.
TLDR: Didn't mean to insult people...Sorry. If not multiboxing...first enjoy the video! I'll edit the post/video when I receive my non shopped screenshot or it didn't happen response. Ill continue to answer questions about my setup if anyone has any!

I think the main issue that some people have (myself included sometimes, not this time, but other times) is when people who are "new" to this community show up and make their first post claiming a first or something along those lines... especially on content that was introduced a few patches ago. We see it on a semi-regular basis where someone will show up and try to flash their e-peen in our faces (not necessarily you, just random people in general). I then relay the e-peen disturbance over to Khatovar and she takes out her knife to chop it off and calm things down (kinda like this (http://youtu.be/_vW54lAtldI)).
It really comes down to you not having a lot of posts here, regardless if you've been multiboxing for years. You need to ease your way into a well-established community such as this one. We are a friendly bunch, but some of the old folks around these parts get annoyed at times.
As for the video, I didn't watch it because it was 23 minutes long and that's kind of a turn off (for me at least). I would suggest editing future clips into something more manageable (and that doesn't mean speeding it up 300%). :)

You're simply being argumentative and this is not the place for it. If you want to flap your epeen around and piss all over everyone for not being as awesome as you think you are, you're in the wrong place. Throwing up an alternative definition like no one knows what a word means and sticking a bunch of smiles in your post doesn't negate things like dismissing other posters as accomplishing things via what you assume is "retard level" and demanding "non shopped" proof to the contrary. This is not the WoW General forums.
Post your accomplishments, but don't act it automatically makes you better than anyone else or that anyone else who says they've done it is a lair.

If I might make a polite suggestion, please do not insult the intelligence of this community. You clearly do not understand how many highly accomplished individuals (in multiboxing and RL) hang out around here and regarding your dictionary link, please allow me to retort with one of my own which describes your attempt at backtracking:
dis·in·gen·u·ous [dis-in-jen-yoo-uhs]
adjective lacking in frankness, candor, or sincerity; falsely or hypocritically ingenuous (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/ingenuous); insincere: Her excuse was rather disingenuous.

I've multiboxed healer tank and dps all the twilight heroics, I wouldn't consider going back to do a bear run this late in the game an achievement. The bosses are not that hard you just need the gear to kill faster. I agree with all the sentiments in the posts above :)
I suspect blowing them the instance multiboxing 5 mages is also another option.

I hope that term doesn't catch on. Pretty much all of my teams were built in this manner, running them through 3 at a time as dps to gear them up, then once geared I make them into a full team.
I'm super retard running heroics with 5 dps, but I don't think there's any rule to multibox. Have 5 toons, kill stuff.
Also I wouldn't call my method
SLOWER since most cataclysm heroic bosses die in less than 10 seconds and the trash is not much harder ;)

I did my bear runs late March/early April. I did not bother to post them because these forums had little traffic and I assumed (correctly as Valkry's SS shows) that I was a late comer to this party. Also, I did not wish to distract from your achievement.
I realize this screen shot is not in the instance and is lacking all UI interface, and further, was taken after I finished my last bear run so you'll have to take it on faith that I 5 boxed it and take comfort that my skills with Photoshop are non-existent. Or if that's not enough, you can look at the achievement date (3-29-2012) on all the characters (scroll down, I did the volcanic meta soon after this)

To the ones who submitted screenshots and proof: Thanks!
I've edited the video title but I cant edit this post title but I put in red its not a first except for the video.
So enjoy this multiboxing video or not.
Here is some text from one of my responses I want to again re-post and emphasize some parts.
=================

I just wanted to see some screenshots and proof. Also can you blame me for the thread/video title, it draws in views and responses ;) Nothing like putting first on something to get to the bottom of it.
I have done 4 box Zul'aman (with a LFD tank or a friend) (retard level as I called it guess Im a retard...Right?) since 12/02/2011 but only to get valor points which was usually just eagle and lynx and straight to the end. I just decided that night when dungeon finder gave it to me to see if I could actually do it and I recorded it. This isnt some great demonstration of skill that is impossible to be duplicated, I just couldnt find anyone who had done till posters in this thread showed me otherwise with proof thats was why I want proof im a skeptical person when on the Internet sorry, no matter what community its on.
(I did not call anyone a liar for doing it earlier than me...In My first post I even called it "quite easy" and in no way thought was it some challenge that no one else could ever hope do or has ever done before)
Maybe its not a multiboxing first but I didn't see any videos or discussion about previous bear runs so forgive me! :(
==================
I didn't intend to flash my epeen...When I made the post I simply posted a video and said I was "quite sure" this was a first and I showed my multiboxing comp and called it easy.
until...... I had a few people say that it wasn't first (without proof so obviously I asked for proof)
So I clarified and said I want proof of someone doing it 100% playing tank healer and dps similar to how I did it. The retard level comment was meant to describe difference in speed and accomplishment of playing 3-4 dps vs being 100% of the group. No one can deny that having friends play other roles in heroics makes it eaiser for us multiboxers to gear up or complete a dungeon. I just wanted someone who did it "solo" and 100% of the group, like me to show me proof. I was not judging how they play or calling them bad as I do 3-4 dps + friends all the time!
I'm sorry if that seemed hostile or elitist when I originally posted it. It wasn't intended to be that way. Again im sorry if I came off as a jerk.
Since its not a multiboxing first, as this thread pointed out, I edited the post as this is the first multiboxing bear video?
so take it as that I guess as I cannot edit the thread title(I dont think). Can a mod edit it to just "Multiboxing A Bear Run"
To Khatovar:
"You're simply being argumentative and this is not the place for it. Look at my first post how did I flap my epeen around or piss on anyone else? I did exactly what you said in my first post I posted my accomplishments/my video and my boxing comp. When did I call anyone a liar?
I only dismissed players after they dismissed me or manipulated what I posted to make me come off as some elitist jerk for wanting proof that they did what they said. Is it bad to not want proof?
Asking for proof and clairifying what kind of proof I wanted is not "pissing all over everyone"
I admit my first response to valkry came off as harsh(and for that im sorry valkry) but they informed me that I wasn't first so all I wanted was proof. I clarified, in which I assumed(which made an ass out of me...I know!) that valkry meant they multiboxed it or its been done where people played 3-4 dps and had a tank or a healer, played by another person to help them. valkry edited their post with screenshots while I was making the alternative definition post, had I saw that post before I wouldn't of posted it.
I put up the alternative definition as people were assuming the offensive retard usage when also I throw the worlds like skill and accomplishment around. Retard to me simply means slow, in general. I'm not trying to think im better than everyone by putting a definition up, but I needed to clarify...It was some of the responders who asssumed I meant it to be offensive and elisist.
"I'm not saying I don't believe people, since I think I could have done this months ago, as some say they did it too."
I also included that into my first responce to valkry I didnt call anyone a liar.
Too Beeq: your movies are amazing and I enjoy them, but I meant 3-4 dps and having someone else play a tank and/or a healer when I said retard level. No...I don't think that you do heroics on "super retard level"...Thanks for adding fuel to the fire...
As Multibocks said: "I LOVE long videos, so please don't change a thing! As for the retard comment I think we should just drop it."
I agree it was a bad choice of words. Sorry Dual-boxing.com community.
hehe apology accepted, and your video is great ;) I remember my first posts here when I managed to kill non-heroic 5man cata bosses without tank or healer, being just a tiny gnome army all wearing nothing but cloth.. I thought it was very awesome, but I had to do heroic versions later with same setup
Slightly offtopicing but still relative, I'm looking forward to challenge modes in MoP.
At first I thought it would be cool to race against other boxers, who would clear the dungeon X fastest. But that's a tad too much competition while the community's meaning is nothing but help each other on achievements when it comes to multiboxing.
