Problem with macros.

Hellou. I just started Dual boxing and i downloaded Auto Hotkey. i got basic follow/assist/focuse macros so i can control my slave character but i need macro for accepting and sharing quests and for my slave to loot corpses for gathering quests.
I did browse these forums and found some quest macros but cant get those macros to work.
And is there free version of isboxer and is it easier to use?

You need the Jamba addon.

There is no free version of ISBoxer, there is only a free trial. As JohnGabriel said, you'll need Jamba for dealing with quests. There's a link to a tutorial in my sig for it.

Is there some macro to stop movement? Atm i play enha shaman as master and hunter as slave and my hunter just keeps running next to mobs? And is there some macro to interact with target?
Sometimes when i focuse npc and press "g" wich is my interact with target my slave returns quests but this wont happen everytime.

There is no way to directly macro movement. Why not just turn off Click to Move on your Hunter?

As for why interacting with NPCs is sporadic, I have no idea. I don't know how AHK works and I don't know what your AHK script even looks like (I've been able to read minds in the past, but I'm getting older these days). Seeing as Interact with Target is a key binding in WoW, it's either going to work or it isn't -- It's not a 50/50 luck-of-the-draw feature. That would indicate to me that your script is either messed up in some way, or you're just not close enough to the NPC to interact with them.

Is there a way to play healer and dps and just run dungeons? Like healing with my master and depsing with slave? Couldnt find good guide from these forums (might be blind tought)

i used to use AHK to run my tank and healer at the same time and levelled up through LFD (I'm not sure if I would attempt to do this in heroics with that setup, but for levelling its fine).

for your healer you need a basic spam macro. If you are running a tank/dps and you spam say "2" for your tanking/dpsing macro rotation, for "2" on your healer you want a macro that runs a cooldown limited healing rotation that your healer can keep up without going oom. i happened to do this with a resto druid, so I'm most familiar with these kind of macros. here is a resto druid example:

/focus TANKNAME (change the name at the start of each instance)
/castsequence [@focus] reset=combat rejuvenation, nourish, swiftmend, rejuvenation

this macro is limited by swiftmend (15 second cd), so it will cast these four spells every 15 seconds.

Now in addition to this you also want the ability to heal the individuals in the party without switching windows, so I used to use, on numpads 1-5 a simple macro like this

/castsequence [@player] reset=5 rejuvenation, regrowth, nourish
/castsequence [@party1] reset=5 rejuvenation, regrowth, nourish
/castsequence [@party2] reset=5 rejuvenation, regrowth, nourish
/castsequence [@party3] reset=5 rejuvenation, regrowth, nourish
/castsequence [@party4] reset=5 rejuvenation, regrowth, nourish

Once you have wild growth (or another party heal), you'll also want to keybind that. You can incorporate it into your spam macro such as

/focus TANKNAME
/castsequence [@focus] reset=combat rejuvenation, nourish, swiftmend, nourish, nourish, rejuvenation, swiftmend, wild growth

or just keybind it by itself.

honestly to level this will get you there, especially if you have heirlooms on your tank and/or healer, and you don't have to be perfect while levelling
