Will we be able to RAF to 85 when MoP comes out ?

And if so, does your RAF clock need to begin on 9/25 or later? I like the idea of only having to take my teams from 85-90.

Sorry if this has been discussed, I can't imagine it hasn't been, but I did a couple of searches and came up empty.

I was going to start my RAF in early September, but naturally I would wait.

The only information Blizzard has released pertaining to RaF is that Monks are eligible for it because they won't be making any changes to the current system. They'll probably make the first wave of people leveling push through 80-85 with the reduced experience before they increase RaF's ceiling.
