Having some issues

Having a few problems setting up and playing my team. Running a 5 box using jamba and isboxer. Additional add-ons are carbonite.
1.First issue i'm having is some of the screens will start strobing, logging out doesn't seem to fix it, and neither does exiting and reloading. Was getting a message saying that f-11 was being used by isboxer so I unbound the key on all 5 accts (its bag 4 toggle)
2.Next issue is how do I drop off my team to cast spells, I'm doing something wrong because i can't figure out how to get auto-follow off once its on. if its just make a macro then I'm just being dumb.
3. my isboxer isn't showing me the team set up i made, its in innerspace because i can load my team, but i can't change any of the settings. do i need to start over to make any changes?
4. do i need to run a blacklist so that my characters aren't running wild when i have repeater on?

I can't comment on the JAMBA issue as I don't use it, but I can tell you that the F11 override is normal to see and okay to ignore. In the future, other key binding conflict issues are probably not okay to ignore.

Uhhhh... you got me. I've never heard of this issue before. If you need someone to look at your ISBoxer config you will need to link it via these (http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=13) instructions.

You don't play with repeater enabled 100% of the time.

was able to reload my isboxer, using the upload last exported setting.

Follow is broken by movement. You need to use a movement key sent to your slaves to make them stop following. Unless you are using Jamba's Follow Strobing, which IMO you shouldn't be using for anything but long-term travel because people tend to have issues getting it to stop refollowing.
