New ranks and permissions

It was time to update a few guild things. New ranks are:

Guild master
General
Box member
Clone (cant speak in guild chat)
Solo members (no, not all multibox)
Newb

Guild repair is raised from 15g a day to 100g, for solo member rank and up. Newb get 5g a day.

We will make bank tab 1 for expensive stuff, and only generals will be able to withdraw from it. If you need anything from that tab, talk to a general.

Invites are now possible for all ranks, but newb. Please, only nice ppl. If you invite someone who turn out to be no good for the guild, its your responsibility to talk to a general about getting him/her removed.
