Can't wait till they are free. Almost would be nice if the made some new servers and offered a xfer there from ANY server. Would be nice to have all my toons together.

It's active for Europe too.
I just started a transfer procedure and price was 15€ instead of usual 20€.

They won't be free, they are on rare occasions,but thats to and from selected realms unless you know something about free coming..

With all the complaints of low pop, dead realms I doubt we will be seeing any new servers anytime soon.
