5 x Priests. Issues.

I recently restarted boxing on Magtheridon after trying SWTOR and Diablo III. I have my priests up to 17-18 and am banging out content but I have an issue. 1-2 of my toons do not want to auto-follow when using IS Boxer + Jamba. I even have auto-follow on character swap but the toons if they are lead won't get the others to follow. When I am driving from my main all toons operate and assist and do good priesty things. Currently my main is Disc and I have 4 shadows. I am in the works of setting up a 2 step but currently just a simple cast sequence does the job. Additionally, I need to resolve my IWT ... it works but before I could just hit one button and off my guys would run. Now I have to hit two buttons to get them to move. Kind of annoying.

As I stated I have ground through RFC and am looking at heading off to 5 man SFK.

I have tried a few BGs but keep losing (badly) which is not something I am too accustomed too on Magtheridon with my 5 Shammies face stomping AV and IOC. Unfortunately I am currently limited to AB and WSG so have been avoiding those. Thinking of just grinding instances until I am much higher up. As for any gearing questions most of my toons have the helmet, cloak, shoulder, chest and weapon heirloms.

So any suggestions on what I can do to make my team better. Quuna, Quunb, Quunc, Quund and Quune on Magtheridon.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions. I will try to research some two steps tonight at work and try to optimize my set up.

I facerolled WSG at low levels with 5 disc, at that level shadow has terrible survivability.

I created a macro which switch between Renew X 5 on Master, Renew on self (so 1x for each char). The enemy would usually target the master, who I'd pop 5 renews on.
I guess shield is already better for disc at the early levels, and holy fire and smite are plenty good enough to kill.

First I should say that with 5 priests you wont have much luck in dungeons, you need a tank for that.
The IWT problem happens if you press it while the toons are on their way, so only press the keybind once. You wont use the keybind for priests except for talking to quest NPCs and such, so it should not be an issue.
As far as your IsBoxer/Jamba follow problem, I can think of two things (that happened to me before) that did that to me.

Check your "addons" button when you first log in, make sure that toon has all the correct Jamba modules loaded. Once a couple of my toons had a couple Jamba modules unchecked causing the same problem.
Could also be your Follow keybind in IsBoxer is being used by something else in WoW for those toons.

When people mention that a team won't be able to do dungeons, they're usually talking about current end-game content.

Let me be the barer of GOOD news.... I have a 4 x Discipline priest set currently doing Cata content extremely successfully. Unfortunately, a 5 man all priest group was not successful for Cata content. I PUG a tank and its one of the smoothest groups I've had the pleasure of leveling.

I almost never have to cast any heal outside of the occasional Renew as Smite & Holy Fire take care of that for me.

Well since he's only just started his priests and tackling low end dungeons at the moment, see OP (SFK.. etc..). I thought I would back up that the dungeons are still doable up to CATA, it's great to mix things up whilst levelling.

I been looking at attonment healing but dosn't the 15 yards from the target make it not so useful? I suppose in pve against a single mob its great to heal the tank but for pvp it seems usless. I know the op is talking about pve but ...

If you are killing someone and they aren't near anyone on your side, that is a good thing. Unless of course they are a ranged class, but they are a lot easier to kill than a strafing melee in your midst

Mirai thanks for the assist in getting to proper location. Apologies for tackling multiple talking points in one thread. My priest composition discussion was more for setting up either a two step or for leveling/BG questions. I am mostly a PVPer so getting to 85 is my goal. On my shammies I basically BGed and quest grinded (for profession mats). Once I get to the higher level BG (AV) leveling is easier and more fun.

I managed to fix most of my issues ... so didn't have hotkey Alt-F programmed for /follow. I fixed it on my two trouble toons and success one moves and leads... but my fifth toon is still not drinking from the coolaid. I also fixed a CTRL-I "invite" hotkey issue on my main toon. So doing better but still challenged in some regards.

I think I will go back to 5 x disc as 5 x penance is a beast of a spell at low levels and the shields are handy. If I had some of shadows other spells available for splash healing at low levels it would be worth doing 5 x shadow but that is at medium levels.
