Im RAFed myself, am i ready to grant levels?

I wanna thank u for all the help in advance, here are my questions. I RAFed myself and on my second account i have two 80s, and level 40. On my main account i have a level 40 and 70. All characters will be transfered from the second account the main account at some point. Can i transfer the level 40 from the second account to the main account and grant level it from the 2 characters on the second account? If so do i have enough grant a level to level up both level 40s and the level 70? Again thank u guys so much? of course these 3 characters are being boosted to level 80 just to be clear.

Once you apply the character transfer to the main account you can grant 1 level for every two levels you earned on the added RAF account.

Each lvl 80 on your recruited account gives you 39 lvls. So, if I understand correctly what you are asking, it looks like you need more lvls
