Ok so from reading posts and fringing a little bit, I have received some monies from a return and decided to have a pc built for me. This being so i dont have to deal with DOA parts, and i got 10% off with my military discount.

Who the **** is selling you OCZ RAM? OCZ stopped making RAM a year and a half ago (http://www.tomshardware.com/news/DRAM-Ryan-Peterson-OCZ-Technology-Group-stockholders-solid-state-drive,11978.html).

I was comparing different version of Windows and doesn't seem worth it for me to get 7 Pro. An extra $100 over 7 Home, only extras are things I dont use.

It says or leading brand behind that, i just forgot to type it in.

@johngabriel

Ive been a big fan of XP and still use XP. So my thoughts on the added Ram capabilities for "Future" is the reason i went pro. I run my PC's in the dirt. Then wipe em off and give them to family members who don't play games. My parents still use a P4 laptop i threw Ubuntu on, because it was faster then their desktop.

I remember taking 2 gig HDs out of pc's and using them as "Jump Drives" when i was a kid. Now 1.5 TB is a standard...So I am sure that 64G ram will be a standard soon, and the longer i can make my stuff last the better. Gettting 5 years out of a PC is good enough for me, then i donate it to the less fortunate people in my family.

We will see what happens with the parts that arent listed. I only paid 1300 out of pocket, the rest was from a returned gift. So i am not not much at a loss.

Still didn't comment on the build.

Thats a good point. 16GB max RAM for Home version of windows 7 and 192GB max RAM for Pro version.

I cannot comment on your build though, been way too long out of the tech industry.

Have not overclocked it yet, and not sure i will. I can run all 5 on high settings in stormwind with no Lag during heavy loads. I will run an LFR later. Processor jumps hoops on multitasking. lovin it.
