Boosting issue in L/UBRS

I've done a search but can't seem to find what I'm looking for...

I'm RAFing a few toons at lvl48 - I've just moved from BRD (good XP) to blackrock spire (slow) and I'm struggling to get a quick clean run of XP. Anyone have any tips or links that could speed me up.

I was able to boost with my lower level toons in the same spot for both instances.
