No raiding with the guild this week due to diablo. If there is any boxer out there who tends to raid and can use an ele shaman, I can help out this week on my main for DS. BiS gear with 8/8 hc progress. Chuck me a pm to add me on real ID.

My understanding is you can use real id to do any instance except Dragon Soul atm. Was wondering if that had changed since I haven't been staying up to date.

This is true all you can do is LFR DS.

yeah is gonna depend on what realms are tied together, the way I understand it is that they 'll cluster certain realms based on population; not sure how it's gonna work out

If you use RealID/battletag then u can Use any realm :D pve/pvp/RP/rppvp as long as your friends you see each over in the real world and your not ally/horde.

Q. Will I be able to group with my friends?
Yes, you will be able to group with your Real ID (http://eu.battle.net/en/realid/) friends, provided they are within the same faction. The functionality works the same as it does for cross-realm dungeons, raids, or Battlegrounds.[

Q. How will RID groups work? Which realm type would we play on?
If you group up with somebody from a different rule type (via RealID for example) and go into a cross-realm zone you’ll be on the ruleset for that player’s realm type. So, if you’re on a PvP realm and a friend joins your group from a PvE realm and enters a cross-realm zone, the group will be in one of the PvP realm clusters and will use the PvP realm ruleset.

it will go down to what zones are what they call "cross-realm zones" as a full list is not listed yet though the very small info i got about the wpvp zones will be cross-realm and ins (its kinda close to a BG but kinda not going to be very strange. some might not even call it wpvp.)
