Lady Naz'jar - she wiped me many times. The breakthrough moment was when I realized I could fight her in a side room. Once I knew that then the adds were much easier to control. The other moment was when I realized she doesn't hit that hard, and that instead of trying to individually move the slaves when they were getting hit by the spout, instead just move them all. Getting the slaves out of her water spout was critical to success.

Commander Ulthok - very ugly kill but what I realized was hit special attack was all that really mattered, and if I made sure my fury tank never got hit by it then I was probably going to be fine. Again, ugly kill, but dead is dead.
