RAF nerfed?

Hey, I used to get RAF exp all the way to 81, and now at 80, no more RAF now? is this working as intended?

I believe it is "working as intended". Back in the Fall, I too got RAF until I hit 81. Now, I just finished boxing 5 accounts and none of them got RAF past 80.
