addon help

ok ive tried to find some addon to help me and ive had no luck.
ive got that alert bar that pops up on my dk when killing machine procs.
and also the freezing fog alert bar and it pops up right over my target in the middle of my screen.

ive tried pitbull bartender 4 dimnos and i cant get this thing to move at all.
im trying to re work my ui and such and that alert bar is annoying.
ive tried move it and move anything and i cant seem to get it moved.

First of all, if you can see it on your screen and you're not sure what it is... then I can tell you that I'm definitely not sure what it is because I can't see your screen and your description is unbelievably vague. Long story short, a screenshot would be nice to help people identify what it is that you're talking about.

Second, here are some steps to help you identify the addon that causes the "alert bar" you speak of:

1. Type /fstack
2. Get "alert bar" to appear
3. Mouse over the "alert bar"
4. Framestack reveals the name of "alert bar" frame
5. ???
6. Profit

its not an addon
it is an alert bar when killing machine and freezing frog proc.
kind of like a cast bar that pops up im looking for an addon to help get rid of it.
right now my addons are disabled

That would have been my first guess as well, but after he said he had all addons disabled it almost sounds like it was the default Blizzard proc animations.

I missed that he disabled all addons. I wasn't aware that the blizzard proc animations were in bar format (I thought they just did the HUD and shiny icons on actionbars), but disabling addons doesn't reset the Blizz UI to default (you have to delete your WTF folder to do that).

thanks for the /fstack tip never knew about that before.

i had thoguht i had jamaba turned off it didnt ge turned off.
anyway i found out it is jamabs proc anaimation using /fstack.
i resized it a bit i just wish i could move it i do like it but its right in my way even when it is resized.
sorry for any confusion thanks for the help.
any note if there is a way to move the position of this proc in jmaba?
i didnt see a position tab or slider in the options.

Ack, OMG! There's stuff all over the middle of my screen!
These would be your Party and Item bars. Hold ALT then use your mouse to drag them to where you want them to display.
For Jamba Proc, you must go into the options, turn on Test Bars, THEN you can use Alt+Drag.
The Jamba Quest Tracker also requires a toggle to be able to move it. It is under the Quest Watcher Options. Unlock the watcher, then ALT + Drag
