Hey guys, need help getting a new motherboard to accommodate my gaming rig. To my dismay i ordered 2 new GFX cards only to find my motherboard doesn't support SLI because Asus are cheap and scaled back the P6T SE model. The cards work interdependently but i figured what the hell. I've looked around online but im seriously at a loss to find an upgrade. Here are the current Specs

MB Brand : Asus
MB Model : P6T SE
RAM : 16384 MB DDR3 Dual Channel (Socket 1366 LGA)
CPU: Intel Core i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
GPU1 Type : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
GPU1 Clocks : Core 732 MHz / RAM 1900 MHz
GPU2 Type : NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
GPU2 Clocks : Core 732 MHz / RAM 1900 MHz
PSU: 850w

So yea looking for a new motherboard in the 200-350$ (AU) price range that can support the 2 gfx cards ram and cpu, somthing with gigelan ports etc.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Have you looked at the ASUS P8Z68 V PRO GEN3?

Is the 1155 socket compatible with a 1366 chipset?

Here are my reccomendations in order of best to least best (all are great boards, but this is my opinion as if i were going to buy it) I have tested all of these boards myself hands on, i have benchmarks for all of em if u need it.

1. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188090
2. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131666R
3. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128472R
4. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131658 (microatx but has 2x 16x pcie)

And the p6t se i have does support SLI you have to disable the 4x pcie slot in the bios (to force 16x/16x on the other 2) you may need to update your BIOS and get some "real" SLI bridges (the flexible ones are the best) if your using ISBoxer SLI isn't going to help you unless you only run 1 monitor. (unless something has changed since i done my testing/benching in december with multi gpu + multi monitor)

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions or need any of my benchmark results.
