With Keyclone...

You will want to take a look at the Two-Step macros...
There are stickies, in the Macro forum.

Put the first macro on say Key 1.
And the second macro, also on Key 1 but on Action bar 2.

On the first have: /changeactionbar 2
On the second have: /changeactionbar 1

So as you're spamming away, every other press is Action Bar 1 and the other is Action Bar 2.

In Warcraft you can have two Keybinds, for each action.
For melee a very important keybind is "Interact With Target", which is to the bottom of the Targeting Functions section.

Since you don't have the equivalent of mapped keys (IS Boxer), you should set two keybinds for IWT.
One will be set across the entire team.
Another will be set for just your melee toons.

You'll want to alternate spamming between your IWT (the melee only one), and your DPS spam key.
That will have your melee toon, IWT towards the mob.
In PvE, you might want to be sporadic in the pressing of the IWT, because if you over-spam it the toons run through their targets and run off.
For this reason, its also good to have some keys that go to your slaves but not to the main.

With a healer, you want to do some form of movement to break follow.
Then have the tank/melee IWT towards the mob.
If you're driving the tank, you can run through the mob so it has its' back to your other melee toons.

One thing I do (and I am almost always playing a melee/caster combo) is drive the caster and use the melee like a hunter pet. I set up a macro that cast sequences thru a couple of non-proc based abilities (like Lacerate for druids) and put that macro on all my casting buttons. Then, as Ualaa suggests, I have a separate button for charge and IWT - these are not mapped to anything on the caster. They also happen to be close on my Naga MMO mouse to the assist button.

So its assist/IWT/charge.

tldr its always better if the melee is first to hit the mob, especially with charge or deathgrip to prevent rubber banding.
