PLing with a not so well geared mage ( SM )

I watched "Vs" Paly PLing video and decided to see what I could do. I had done it before but had less gear at the time and died a few pulls when they were a bit to big. I did it safe this time. But Its my first Video with a soundtrack. I Am am loving this stuff. 8)

It took me forever to find music I liked. I found that on splicemusic.com and they claim its all non published stuff ( public music ) or some such. But that one said FFX remix I think.. I love the fantacy/gothic/choir/rock stuff hehe. my next video will be a teaser trailor called "The Power of Five" It will showcase my voice skillz! They just don't make game sountracks like they used to (though I do appreciate the WoW sountrack, I have to admit). I love the style of the orchestal version though - reminds me of Carmina Burana.

I did the armory with great success frost spec. I let the shaman stay in the entrance of the instance and pulled the instance back in 3rds. Blizzarded them from one end of the first hall to the other. 3 instances = 1 level of xp at 26.

Using a well geared warrior I can do it in 4 pulls ... its become clockwork for me.

Now that my team are all 32+ i got it down to 6 pulls( they heal me very well now )... left/right bottom and top. Then the center of the chap.. then the boss ( with his leftovers ). I'm going to try and get it down a bit more soon. 5 pulls or so. I tried to pull the boss all the way to the entrance last night but got wasted lol. I think i might be able to clear the bottom, then just go pull the boss to the bottom. I want to get it down to 4 pulls or less. I think i can with my healing alts healing me 8P Well see. If i do it .. ill record it 8)

Ugh 36 now? You're leveling way faster than I am. I logged off at 33 yesterday after we talked.

I pull the place in 6 pretty much the same way as that video, using corners as much as possible to bring the casters to me. Sometimes 3 pulls for the chapel if I don't get enough to follow me out the first time, the chaplains have a tendency to reset if I don't keep the damage up on the gathering. With my paladin at 62 with less then 5k health I have to heal with the shaman on bigger pulls, as the 8 second spell lockout from the defenders makes healing myself nearly impossible.

I probably won't try to run it in fewer pulls. This pace is fine for me right now. I'd rather leave in a pull or two than increase my chances of screwing up and wiping.

How's your total time per run? Are you looting everything? I can't leave a corpse untouched. It means I take about 30 minutes per clear, but I did have enough gold already at 32 for each to get their mounts.

I did an insane amount of SM armory this weekend with my mage and 4 shaman. Went from 26-37 on my shaman. I'm thinking of power leveling the fifth shaman(on the mage account) by tagging higher level mobs with the 27 shaman and killing with the 4. I was getting around 400xp(rested) a kill.
