Relaunch one instance of SWTor after a crash?

Every once in a while, one of my two instances of SWTOR will crash and I need to relaunch it. I've been quitting out of the other one and relaunching both, but I was wondering if there was a way to just launch the one that crashed with ISBoxer?

It would be handy if you were deep in an instanced quest and didn't want to reset the whole phase again.

Just relaunch with the innerspace icon on the tray ; it detects which "windows" are still alive and only relaunches the ones that are missing. I have to do this alot, since one of my 4 dies several times a day...

Isboxer's launch won't, for whatever reason, function the same way; it only seems to start reliably if the character set is completely missing.
