Resetting IS Boxer

I think I screwed something up. My tried and true elemental shaman 2 steps are no longer broadcasting and acquiring same target as before I re-subscribed/patched. Is there a reset button to clean out my configurations to reset back to default?

Also how do I delete toons from the quick setup wizard for character selection. I have transfered servers, accounts, name changed and deleted a bunch but still have 'ghosts' of characters past show up when trying to do the quick start wizard.

Backup your configuration.
File, Save As.

Then clear it.
File, Clear (or Reset... something to that effect).

You can have more than one Toolkit open at once.
That way you can copy/paste mapped keys you've made in pieces.
To see what the culprit is, or to preserve anything you've made that would be time consuming to remake.
