I dont know which is the issue here. Bascially, i wanna creat a repeater zone, but i cant because my 2 characters appear to have different resolutions. I tried changing them but it has no effect.

If you are using ISBoxer then go into your windows layout. Click on regions. Then click on the region you want to change in the bottom right pane. The properties area, to the right of that, has a plus sign near screen resolution. Click it and a drop down menu (of sorts) allows you to change the specific height and/or width of the selected region.
From there you can do a search on the web for " screen resolution calculator ". Throw in your resolution for the larger screen and 1 of the numbers for the smaller screen. I suggest comparing both height and width then using which ever resolution it calculates so everything on your lower res monitor stays on screen. Input these numbers in ISBoxer's window layout -> region -> screen resolution that you picked from the previous paragraph.
I personally used http://andrew.hedges.name/experiments/aspect_ratio/ . Enter your width of your larger monitor into X1 and height into Y1. Next, either enter the width into X2 or Height into Y2 (one or the other). This will give you the missing number. Choose this as the resolution for the smaller monitor in ISBoxer and your good to go. Instant swapping, mouse repeating, repeater regions and all that will be spot on.
The key to using mouse click on monitors with different resolution is to have the aspect ratio be the same on both windows. Hope this helps.

For a single monitor you would simply put in the size that you want for the smaller window in Y2 or Y2 to get an aspect ratio the same for both windows.
Although, I would use them both at the native resolution of your monitor (stacked) and have a videoFX display the background window (your slave) on the forground window (your main) and vis versa. VideoFX has a bunch of options in it as well. Such as allowing mouse click to pass through to the source of the video. Meaning, you can click on the videoFX screen displayed on your main character and it clicks on your slave character. Grant it, I haven't been boxing for very long and even less time using ISBoxer but videoFX has a lot of potential if you play around with it and figure it out.

Angers, thanks so much for posting your solution to the two different resolutions. Not sure why I never thought about it but it worked perfectly and my second screen looks so much better without all the distortion caused by putting that round peg into a square hole.

My guess would be to make sure they are both in window mode. From reading other forum post most people seem to use window (fullscreen). For me it seems to work better if in just plain window mode. ISBOxer will crop all the window borders that the OS makes and make it appear and act like it was in window fullscreen. Other than that you could ask in the ISBoxer forums for some help. I'm still new myself.
