I'm pretty much all set up now the way I want to, but I still have two minor issues (one might become major when I start 5-boxing, but while 4-boxing I got a workaround.)

Error message upon exiting WoW. (very minor, just wondering if it's a known issue)

First issue is the minor issue that every time I quit a WoW instance started through innerspace (set up by ISboxer) I get a WoWerror, something about memory that could not be written. It's not much more than an annoyence, I don't lose UI changes and stuff like that, I just have to close a few extra error windows that pop up. Wondering if it's a problem more people have or if I'm a minority. Doubt anything can be done for it. Uninstalled and reinstalled both innerspace and ISboxer twice and did a complete reinstall of WoW, ISBoxer and Innerspace once, and I keep getting it. Still, minor issue, merely an inconvenience. I doubt I can get it solved since I tried just about everything. (PS: I don't get an error message if I start wow without innerspace and exit it. In case you're wondering. :P)

FTL modifier ALT not functioning.

Second issue is a bit worse. Using ISboxers FTL method, I can not set up any character using the left or right ALT modifier. When I set up a character on an ALT modifier, keys won't be send. In fact, When in that instance of WoW, I can't even activate any hotkey's on that characters action bar. Basicly, I can't 'leader' any character on an ALT modifier. They still work fine as slaves though.

Now, while I am 4-boxing, I can set them up left/right shift and left/right ctrl. Works fine that way. But I got 5 accounts and soon I'll have the 4 I am leveling now 85, and will want to put my fifth account in group as well. I'll need at least one character on an alt modifier to make it work. So I need to get this issue sorted.

I can't for the life of me figure out why it won't work. I don't have ALT bound to any key and don't see where the conflict is coming from. So, if anyone can help me point in a direction where the problem could be so I can investigate, it would make me a happy boxer!

1. To help you with your crash I need to see the crash details. Presumably it's a #132 error, I need a copy of the entire thing. Paste it to privatepaste.com and give me the URL or paste ID

2. To determine whether your "Alt" issue is caused by changes you've made to your ISBoxer config, I need to see it. HOWTO: Share your configuration for better support (http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=13)

Generally, though, this problem may typically be caused by having the "Hold any Keystroke Actions while the Hotkey is held" option enabled on your FTL-enabled Mapped Key or the Key Map that contains them. If you made a new Key Map to put your custom Mapped Keys in, you might need to disable this option on the new Key Map.

That might be it, I did mess about making custom key maps, I'll check in to that, and probably will get that sorted. As for the error, I'll send you the details as soon as I am back home. Presumably in 3 to 4 hours, and will let you know if I've sorted out the ALT problem. :>

Here's the private paste of the error message:

It is indeed a #132 error. Not sure what you hope to find in the paste though, it looks like a bunch of hexadecimal crap to me.

As for the ALT issue, here's my ISboxer profile

I double checked the FTL keymap en all the FTL mapped keys inside. And "Hold any Keystroke Actions while the Hotkey is held" is disabled on all keymaps and on Default(Off) on all mapped keys. So it must be something else.

You've checked the Use FTL Modifiers box for your FTL DPS Keys. That box isn't checked by default
because FTL is handled through the WoW Game Helper. If you need to add more Mapped Keys in the
future that utilize FTL you do it this way (http://isboxer.com/wiki/WoW:Quick_Start_Guide#Quickly_add_many_hotkeys.2C_ optionally_with_auto-assist).

Lax needs to add a popup warning telling people to not touch that checkbox unless they're aware of
the results. I'm sure it's #328 on the todo list.

Lol, I must have glanced over and and figured, that needs to be on because it says it's needed if you want to use FTL modifiers!

But if that sorts the issue, then thanks a lot! :D

What your #132 error says is that WoW is crashing in AcXtrnal.DLL. This is a Windows Compatibility DLL, and I don't think it should be getting used at all under normal circumstances

Make sure you don't have Inner Space or World of Warcraft configured with Windows Compatibility mode (like telling to to run in Windows XP mode)?

Thanks, both issues resolved.

No idea why compatibility mode was enabled in the first place though. Can't remember ever setting it or ever having a reason to...
