Do you need to use a separate email per SWtoR account or can you register more than one game key under the same email?

Seperate AFAIK.

Yes, separate - your email address is your login name for the account, so it has to be different for two different accounts.

Well technically your email is your battlenet login as well, but SWTOR does not yet have the ability to have multiple accounts on each email.
