Fastest way to earn JP?

I need one more Bloodied Arcanite Reaper and one more Body Plate Heirloom, then my four warriors will be ready to move from level 5:)

I already have 5 full sets of cloth with staff.. it gets a bit tiresome!

I've been running normal dungeons and twilight heroics - either dk, 3 mages + shaman healer or just 3 mages.

I've run out of the normal dungeon jp bonus and wondering what to do now to get the last 3500 JP on one, 2200? on another.

I've been a bit put off by Cata heroics..

Whilst the mages pump out around 20-30k dps, my tank and healer aren't the best - shaman healing seems weak, might just be more though :)

If I get deadmines, there's a bunch of bosses which seem difficult to box - the first one might be a show stopper if the rotating flame gets me.

I think I've managed SFK before, Halls of Origination I haven't successfully done the lever bit, ZF/ZG I've done a few bosses but not all.. not sure about the end bosses i've read they aren't easy.

Maybe I can run 2 mages so I'm not given robot duty if it's in deadmines.

I did hope someone thought this :) I might give it a go then. I've got my PVP priests that I might run AV over and over... they will cry when I spend their HP on JP - as they are still gearing a bit.

This was BY FAR the fastest way for me.

I finally did it, got the rest of my heirlooms for the new crew - which them promptly sailed through dungeons from 15-20 in just over an hour or so.

AV runs was quick plus I got to get HP for 4 other characters. When I felt bored or like it might be quicker in Dungeons - I was severely disappointed and wasted a lot of time queuing and mucking around.
