Problems downloading

I realize that you have to pay in order to use activate the program but I can't download it on my computer at all. I get an error saying that it cannot create the output file. I thought that you download the program first and then once it's downloaded you pay for the license and then it'll be activated. Do I need to pay for first before downloading?

Any responses would be much appreciated.

Hiya Spike,

i'm guessing you are running vista. by default, the keyclone install will try to create a directory in the c:\program files directory. in order to do so, you need to run the installation binary as administrator (right-click / run-as administrator)

fyi... once keyclone is installed, drag a short cut to the desktop then:

right-click/properties/advanced/always-run-as-administrator

You can turn it off the UAC you don't like it. Personally I like the extra security though...
