Anyone else having issues with it not opening? i double click it pops up in task manager then shuts off after 3-5 sec. i never get the little icon on the task bar.

Couple things you can try...
1. install ISBoxer Bundle again to the same location (do not need to delete anything, it won't overwrite settings). If the problem is from a corrupt IS file, this should fix it.

2. Delete IS-D3D11Engine.dll (this is just the module for the main IS program, not in-game. the main program will use d3d9 instead) -- if this makes it work, disable auto-patching through the IS Patcher window (or in innerspace.xml there is an "always patch" line), and IS wont keep putting this file there.

3. Check video drivers...

4. Check firewall/AV

5. back up your IS folder and do a clean install of ISBoxer (not likely to change this behavior if the rest fails, but you might as well try at that point)
