Easiest Wotlk raid to 8 box ?

Hi All,

I have a team of 8 (8 BE, 1 of each possible BE class) that are level 80/81 - also have 1 level 85 druid tank - yesterday I did AQ10 "alone" and got a few more from the guild to also finish AQ40 (twin guys I couldn't do alone with only 1 level 85) - that counted as guild achievements but not as guild award - I'd really like to get some guild award (1k gold plus it's fun) so I'm thinking there should be some wotlk raid I can do ?

2 questions:

a) I believe from looking at the raid ui that wotlk will only qualify for level 80-83 - can someone confirm that having any level > 83 disqualifies for the guild reward (ie it's not "at level" anymore) [or would it work for level 85s?]

b) assuming I only have 8 level 80-83 - which raid is the easiest to box (basically which has limited movement - doesn't require too many tanks or group heal etc)

I can 5 box everything from Molten Core to Ulduar hardmodes... you should be fine.

He's doing it at level to get the guild challenge credit.

I would suggest doing obsidium sanctum, the three mini boss drakes count as a raid boss. and the more you do it, you can do sarth with more drakes up, eventually doing it with all three up and you can get some pretty neat looking mounts for it too, and a title.

Ya definately sarth... kill the 3 drakes and then just do Sarth + 0.

k thanks - I'll give OS a try ! and do you know which level is max level for the wotlk raids to still count for 1k gold reward ? (is it 83? I wonder if you go stop xp (if that pvp feature still exists) if you can keep a team at max/easiest level and keep farming - maybe that works for level 70 raids too - up to ... 73? 75 ?)

i five boxxed os+0 at level 80 so no big deal sould be easy i did it a few times for the raid weekey

you need 8 minimum to get guild credit afaik (at least I needed to do AQ10 for achieve and 10 to do AQ40) so I don't think 5 boxing would work - how geared were your 80s ? some of my guys are fresh from raf with 80 heirlooms so pretty poor gear

I think they all have to be lvl 80 to get the 1k gold award mate!!

not sure about that bit u could be right. I was in full t9 gear with a few itams (rings) from ICC
