Anyone get Auctioneer to work?

I have installed the latest updates and deleted my old folders but it's still fubar. Anyone have any luck getting Auctioneer to work?

I've been running Auctioneer with Twistdshade's fix (http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/auctioneer?page=17#c7137) since patch with no real issues that I've noticed. You'll need to merge the fixes and it's use at your own risk, of course.

I don't know if it was upgraded or not with patch (i have an all in one update account from curse), but on some toons the appraiser window is in every single screen fucking up the AH windows. What I do is click configure, and then under appraiser there is a setting (that is disabled) 'show appraiser window' (or something similar), tick it on and then off and all is good for me.

I order to get it to work, I had to down load the full beta version. I Haven't had any issues with it.

Yeah, only the beta version works right now. They still haven't patched the release version for 4.3

I used the repair advice posted in comments on auctioneer download page on curse and it worked wonderfully from day 1

Auctioneer is a bit too resource intensive. Doing a getall scan takes a very long time. Using one of the others such as Auctionator takes only a couple seconds.

I went from Auctioneer to Auctionator, and after a couple days to get used to it, I will never go back.
