EDIT: I re-read it again and feel more relaxed now :) It's actually just the game and not the account :). That's good news.

Yeah looks pretty standard, account not transferrable just the game media and "only one time". It's actually kind of dumb because to me this clause reads like "you may not sell this in a used games bin" than anything else, yet the only thing of use in the box would be the code, which you can only use one time to set up your account online. Anyone can just download the installer anyway...
