They blacked out the account name for a reason i'd guess.

The e-mail states that team was reset and stripped of glad/rank 1 titles basically. (if it is indeed real, which I hope it is)

There's a reason Blizzard does not send people information on other people's accounts. Account actions are only the business of the person who received the action. That email is only for the intended recipient. You don't like wintrading, fine, but don't go posting private information for the purpose of flaming another member of this community.
