I've set it up a few times before using the tutorials but i'm getting a blank green screen now on the viewer

I've tried and retried using different naming schemes, i'm using 1.11 (5475)

Let me know if i'm missing something

If a viewer does not display the source, one of two causes:
1. The source does not exist
2. Aero is disabled in Windows or you're not on Vista or later. (how to enable Aero in win 7 (http://www.mydigitallife.info/how-to-turn-on-and-enable-aero-in-windows-7-enable-aero-peek/))

I'm having the exact same problem except that Aero works fine on my computer. I've tried to setup sources manually and just use is1, is2 etc as sources and still it won't work.

More info:

I ran the troubleshooter for windows and it indicated that I'm having no problems with Aero at all. I selected an Aero theme in my personalization menu. My windows aren't glossy and see through though--I'm not sure what's going on. Help!

Yep, Aero is definitely not turned on despite using an Aero theme. I have no idea how to turn it on. I've spent five hours tonight looking online for a solution to no avail.

Mosg, if your GFX card/driver doesn't support it, you're SOL. Most desktop cards do but some of the integrated stuff on laptops does not, despite being able to run 3D games and multibox.
