Anyone tried boxing in the Raid Finder?

Since you can queue with as many as you like, I wonder if anyone has queued with multiple DPS in the Raid Finder.
I haven't tried it yet, as I wanted to do it with a single toon first, to get familiar with the fights before boxing more.

372 is the number I heard for joining. I took my hunter there solo yesterday and it is pretty simple, I'm planning on dual-boxing it as soon as I have other alts with the necessary ilvl as there's nothing in the first 4 bosses at least that would be difficult on multiple toons (no spreading out or needing to split to different locations, etc).

There were a couple of mechanics that caught me by surprise (first boss we did I hadn't read up on so didn't stack when I was meant to and second I'd read the dungeon journal but didn't expect the ice to move how it did), there's quite a lot of people who fail, but probably a good idea to watch a vid or run it solo just so you don't take out 20% of the raid in one go by not knowing the tactics.

Would be interesting to see a full group of multi-boxers try this, but I have no idea if you can queue for LFR with a full group.

I'm really surprised they didn't reject people that queue with even one piece equipped. I'm glad they didn't because its now easy to join.

I believe you can queue with up to 25. =)

I ended up boxing with 3 DPS toons after I did it once solo. It was super easy.
The only way I could see it being hard to box is if you have a mix of melee and ranged, but even then it shouldn't be as hard as boxing the new 5 man instances.

they said in MOP they said players can do low end PvE stuff in PvP Gear stuff like hc's/LFR & you can Do PvP in PvE gear.

Then useing the right gear to do hard modes


going back to wotlk super easy but with super hard modes for the high end players.

I single boxed it on my Shammy healer. Wanted to check out the mechanics. Should be easy for the first two bosses. Now to get to the magical 370-372 GS... then free gear with 5 shammies rolling against each other.

If you can find 25 people you can gear up fully from LFR in a matter of a day. You are only allowed to roll on gear when you kill a new boss in that lockout (so if you join a 2nd time on the same kill you can't loot). There is however a nice twist: if you have a full premade (i.e. a guild group), clear the place and then queue up together a 2nd time, no one will be eligible for rolling on loot, and you can loot of the corpse instead.

Blizzard has been banning people for doing it. including the entire Paragon raid, who received an 8 day ban and had all the gear they had gained removed.

i know you can only loot once per week, but do you get vp's for the 2nd time you do it? and how many times can you do it in a week?

GM got back to me and said they couldnt give me my shoulders that I didn't get while in LFR. Fucking bullshit, how can they not be able to check for that? I guess I shouldn't be surprised...
