Hi all! I have been reading these forums alot, but now I am in need of help ( or at least need some things simplified, since I am new to all these). I am playing Star Wars, The Old Republic at beta, and now that the Beta Weekend for all came up, I wanted to test whether multiboxing is easy without actual macros. While there are certain actions like follow and assist, I found it hard to use them flawlessly.
The nearest thing I could do to emulate the thing addons did on WoW, was to use key maps, with 3-4 steps ( use F2 to target main, Follow to rotate to face the mobs, Assist, keybutton ) which is not practical imo, not to mention I have to press the button enough for it to reach the final step. Still, in my guild people told me they saw a guy with 3 others following him and attacking everything he did, with good timing.
That made me think that there are alternatives to what I did that worked better.
So, what is your point on that? Is there something else I can do to "Ease up" the way I can dualbox? I am rolling dual Commandos, so its just dps/heals.
